Schoko - Pecan Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
  • 100 g Medjool Dates

  • 150 ml warm water

  • 400 g Almonds

  • 50 g Fine cocoa

  • 2 EL Almond puree from jar

  • 150 g Pecans

Method
  1. Soak the dates in the warm water for at least 10 minutes and then blend them in the soaking water to form a homogeneous mass.

  2. Chop the almonds into fine flour. and then mix in the cocoa. Blend the date mixture with the almond puree.

  3. Add the resulting mixture to the prepared flour mixture and mix everything into a homogeneous dough.

  4. Finally, mix in the whole pecans. Distribute the mixture evenly in the baking pan and place the brownies in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
