About me

As a teenager, I became interested in sports and fitness, not knowing that this would shape my career and personal journey in the way it did. Over the years I have researched and field tested many theories on nutrition, well-being and physical fitness. This led ultimately to the cookbook "un-baked" and the philosophy of "un-everything". I am a firm beliver in getting back to the fundamentals of nutrition and movement. I further realised working with clients and on myself, that it is often not a lack of knowledge that is hindering us in leading a healthy life, but more the inablilty to break with our old habits and beliefs. Let me support you and show you how to lead a healthy life, by teaching you everything you need to know and giving you the tools to break your bad habits and beliefs around health, nutrition, and fitness.
